The Yihexing multi-layer anaerobic oven adopts a long axis high-temperature resistant high-power axial flow fan, stainless steel turbine blades, combined with a unique designed air duct, intelligent PID temperature controller, and SSR solid state relay to control the efficient stainless steel heater heating, forming a high-temperature hot air with uniform temperature, heating the inside of the box, ensuring that the anaerobic oven reaches the ideal temperature environment.
Product Features
1. Adopting Japanese Mitsubishi PLC+7-inch color touch screen human-machine interaction interface, with two control modes of fixed value/program (100 segment programmable), equipped with sensor disconnection alarm function and over temperature alarm protection function, to ensure the safe operation of the product.
2. The box adopts one-way horizontal air transportation, with strong pressure air supply in the air ducts on both sides. High density punched air plates are used on both sides of the air ducts to accurately control the angle of the guide plates and ensure temperature uniformity inside the box.
3. Adopting a covered stainless steel dust-free electric heating generator, it is clean and does not produce dust. Adopting high-power three-phase asynchronous high-temperature resistant long shaft silent motor and large-diameter stainless steel turbine blades, the turbine is horizontally corrected to ensure smooth air operation.
4. The automatic oxygen exhaust control system, equipped with imported solenoid valves for automatic switching, greatly saves nitrogen consumption. It can also be customized according to process requirements to meet various process needs.
5. Oxygen exhaust time ≤ 30 minutes, equipped with a high-temperature resistant oxygen content control device, zirconia oxygen content sensor, and a set of high-temperature resistant self-priming pumps, which can detect oxygen content in real time and display the actual value. Equipped with an oxygen content exceeding limit alarm function.
6. Can be connected to a computer, enabling simultaneous monitoring and control of multiple devices, historical data, historical operations, historical alarm data queries, memory operation steps, intelligent and convenient!
7. Powerful application functions, including aging, annealing, testing, curing, drying, solvent, coating and paint curing, pressure relief, etc.
